I thought 4chan had skills.

I was messing around on 4chan bored. Spotted a bitch I hate so I went into annoy her mode.  They all wanted her boobs as a gif.  I know I’m new to 4chan but I thought they had skills.  Nope.  So I made this..

open first frame in photoshop, add a new layer for each frame, use place to drop the picture in place. go to window, click animation. in the animation panel click the menu bottom in the top right, pick make frame from layers. save for web and devices and pick your settings. the newfag has spoken.
